Acceptable Use Policy

You must not

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity;
• record or sell goods, including medicines, that the business is not authorized to supply;
• enter personal information without a lawful basis, or use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge where notice is required;
• share accounts or PINs, or allow a person to act under another person’s identity, including recording another pharmacist’s approval;
• record false professional registrations, or allow unregistered persons to perform actions reserved for pharmacists;
• attempt to access another business’s records, bypass permissions, or probe, scan or test the Service’s security without our written permission;
• upload malware, or files containing executable or active content, to the Service;
• overload the Service, or access it with automated tools except through features we provide; or
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except as permitted by law.

Reporting

Report misuse or a security concern to support@retaivatt.com. We may suspend access that breaches this policy, as described in the Terms of Service.
