No. Retaiva is a software provider, not a regulator, and does not verify or approve any business. Any business can choose any plan. By choosing Plus Pharma you confirm that your pharmacy and its staff hold the licences and registrations the law requires, as set out in the Terms of Service.

No. Retaiva records and routes the dispensing workflow and checks for missing information, stock and workflow problems. It has no drug database and does not check doses, interactions or allergies. Approval, counselling and handover remain with your pharmacist. Controlled drug dispensing is not supported.

No. Creating your account is free. The last step of setting up your business is choosing a plan and entering payment details at checkout: your 14-day trial starts then, and Retaiva opens once it has started. The first charge is made when the trial ends unless you cancel. Each owner has one trial. The price and any tax are shown before you confirm.

No. Your plan determines the available tools. Staff roles still control who can use them, view costs or access clinical records.
