What can I use today?+
The web management center and web point of sale are available at retaivatt.com/app. Use a current desktop or tablet browser with an internet connection. A wider device and browser test matrix is still being established.
What is the Android pilot?+
It is a separate POS pilot built for Android phones and tablets, requiring Android 8.0 or later and an up-to-date Android System WebView. It is under validation, including its live connection to the AWS environment. No public app-store release is advertised.
Which printers, scanners or cash drawers are supported?+
We have not tested specific hardware models, so there is no validated compatibility list yet. The pilot’s device capabilities need hands-on checks before use with real transactions.
Can I keep selling without internet?+
The current web app is online-only. The Android pilot includes work on queued cash sales and recovery, but offline operation is still a pilot validation area. Do not rely on it for a live rollout yet.
